Doug Schmidt

President

Doug Schmidt has lived in North Roland Park for 11 years and before that in Roland Park for 13 years. As a local commercial real estate developer in Baltimore City, he is focused on improving Baltimore City for residents, businesses and visitors. Doug is a proud husband and father of 3 teens and 2 dogs!

Ricci Reber

Vice President

Ricci Reber and his wife Sarah (a North Roland Park native and RPCS alumna) have two children (Andrew and Laura) and have lived in North Roland Park since 2018. Ricci holds a Ph.D. in economics from American University and works as an economist for a financial regulator in Washington, D.C.. He has served on the NRPIA Board since 2020.

John Wogan

Secretary

John Wogan is a retired Emergency Medicine physician and has lived in North Roland Park with his partner, Robin, since 2007. He has served on the NRPIA Board since 2020.

Beth Foxwell

Treasurer

Beth Foxwell is a Chicago native. Her varied background includes work in affordable housing in San Francisco, as a waitress in Maine and as a cardiac nurse in Norfolk. However, her favorite job has been raising her young family in Baltimore with her husband Allen. She is enthusiastic about good conversation, plants and food.

Francis Turner

Board Member

Francis Turner has returned as a NRP Board Member after serving in the role in the early 2000’s. She has lived here since 1997 ,with her husband Frank, and raised their 3 children. Francis is a community volunteer who has worked on many Baltimore City political campaigns.

Donna Emeott

At Large Member

Donna Emeott is a Baltimore native who lived in New Orleans for over a decade. She has been active in the community in many ways, including the Junior League of Baltimore, the Mother’s Club of Loyola Blakefield, and the Parent’s Association of McDonogh School. Donna is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, which promotes historic preservation and education. She has served on the NRPIA board for five years, and is a global real estate advisor with Monument Sotheby’s Realty.

Debra Williams

At Large Member

Debra Williams grew up in Wayzata, Minnesota; lived for a decade in New York City, and moved to Baltimore with her husband Hunt in 1991. They raised three children in North Roland Park and first moved to the neighborhood in 1994. In New York City, Debra ran special events for the night club Area and founded Debra’s Wild Rice, a food company. She currently runs Campus Canopies, which provides “Seven Feet of Privacy” to students in dorm rooms nationwide. She is an avid skier, cook, and gardener and looks forward to serving on the NRPIA Board.

Chris Barnhill

At Large Member

Chris Barnhill, a Baltimore native, has lived in North Roland Park since 2015. He is a consultant and executive coach who holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University. Chris enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife, two children, and two Bernese Mountain Dogs.

Tom Ware

At Large Member

Tom and his wife Rebekah moved to North Roland Park in late 2020, and found the community here warm and welcoming.

Tom looks forward to giving back to the neighborhood and supporting the residents. Tom works in business development for EchoStar, giving him the opportunity to work with small business owners throughout the state. His passion is taking a business from average to great. He enjoys working one-on-one with owners and helping their business grow.

Raised in Colorado, Tom enjoys his time outside. You may see him walking the neighborhood in the early mornings.
